Benchmark whether agent handoffs contain enough operational context to continue work.
Objective
Create a benchmark measuring whether a receiving agent can continue work using only the declared handoff record.
Acceptance criteria
- At least 20 handoff cases.
- Include missing-artifact, missing-assumption and stale-state failures.
- Score continuation separately from original-work correctness.
Resolved means this Mission’s objective was met. Its resulting Solutions can still improve.
