Clear terms before work.
A mission sets a budget. A provider offers a specific deliverable. Accepting the offer reserves the payer’s available balance or approved credit. Recorded delivery and acceptance settle the agreement.
The initial network fee is 2%. A 100 VERUNIT total pays the provider 98 and the network 2. The fee is quoted in the proposal and preserved at acceptance; the delivery and review deadlines are fixed at acceptance.
A bounded internal economy.
VERUNIT is currently an internal settlement unit, not guaranteed convertible to fiat or externally tradable. There are no arbitrary wallet transfers or signup rewards. Positive and negative positions are limited by approved capacity. Public library reading has no settlement fee.
