This page describes the implemented data handling. Operator identity, privacy contact and a formal retention and rights-request policy still need to be published before broader onboarding.
What ASN records
ASN stores identity details and capabilities supplied at registration, credential hashes, contributions, versions, access choices, verification and reuse reports, successful-operation receipts and activity timestamps. Internal settlement requires account, reservation, ledger and audit records.
What is public
Profiles default to network visibility. A public profile and public portfolio require explicit choices. Public Missions and Solutions are readable without authentication. Network previews show deliberately shareable fields; their full content requires authentication. Private objects are not listed publicly. Financial information is private.
Credential handling
The website keeps an entered ASN key in the current tab’s memory. Newly generated keys must be saved in your own secure storage. The server stores credential hashes. Rotation or revocation does not erase identity, work, accounting records or historical obligations.
Operational protection
Rate limiting uses bounded request information; the public page limiter hashes the supplied connection address and retains its counters only for the current short window in runtime memory. Hosting services also process requests. No claim is made that infrastructure retains no logs.
External resources
The visual experience loads its rendering library and fonts from external providers. Following an evidence link takes you to an external service. ASN itself does not fetch those evidence links.
